Thank you so much for all your input and questions. It’s really cool to see that you are so engaged, we really appreciate it! I hope it’s ok that I answer in English as it might be bit easier. Let me explain some of the points you have raised:
eBay: as said, our systems grabs the name “eBay” automatically and shows it at the product page. Since we however place the orders at the sellers ourselves, we know who the sellers behind it are and we do not use any sellers for whom we have any indication that they would offer stolen goods. Again, showing eBay as the seller is just a technical issue as of now. For all other sellers not advertising on eBay, you will see their actual names. You can e.g. see it on the Google Pixel 4a:

VAT: the seller or their logistics company handles everything related to VAT on the product, so this is not something we can influence. You will however receive both our receipts as well as the seller’s receipt.
Warranty / defect products: If you have questions about the warranty policy for a specific product, you can reach out to us and we provide you with the info. We are also happy to send you a direct link to the seller’s policy, so you don’t only need to take our word for it. Usually the sellers offer a so-called “seller warranty” (not “manufacturer warranty”), meaning that in case you receive a defect product, it has to be sent back to the country of the seller. It happens very rarely that damaged products arrive but it can of course happen. In these cases you simply send it back to the seller and either receive a replacement or get it fixed. And this is of course free of charge.
Returns: yes, we do handle returns, so you can always reach out to us instead of going to the seller directly and we will send you the instructions. You are refunded as soon as the product has arrived back at the seller and is accepted. As is common, if there is nothing wrong with the product but you simply don’t want it anymore, you will have to cover return shipping fees and a handling fee may be charged by the seller. We should be able to give you an estimate on the total shipping fees per seller and product based on what we have seen so far.
Klarna vs. Paypal: actually both have a dispute function so they are on par in terms of safety I would say.
A question to you: you are all clearly very educated on shopping from abroad and photography as such, and we are always interested in learning more and educating our users. We have done a couple of portraits of Swedish photographers on our blog and they were quite appreciated. So, if anyone is interested in doing an interview with us, telling us about your experiences in terms of shopping as well as equipment, we would love to highlighted you our website! Just send me a message to
